At Fontoplumo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, brand-new condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
